Intense Historical Magnetic Field effects on DNA mutation:
(Data from the last 100,000 years)
In the RQCM framework, I am treating these "SNPs"/epigenetic marks, and even quantum fluctuations as “cross markers” of environmental/quantum convergence. Thinking about plasmas (physics) and plasmids (biology) together makes sense, namely when framing them as different scales of information carriers:
Plasma (physics / quantum information side)
Plasma is an ionized state of matter, basically a sea of free electrons and ions that is highly sensitive to electromagnetic and quantum fields.
Plasmas can store, transmit, and self-organize information (wave–particle interactions, plasma oscillations, soliton-like structures). Some theorists argue they behave like intelligent information carriers because they propagate ordered patterns, not just random noise.
Cosmic/solar plasma flux (solar wind, geomagnetic storms) directly interacts with Earth’s magnetic field, influencing the Schumann resonances, also potentially tied to quantum mutagenesis in RQCM.
Plasmids (biology / genetic side)
Plasmids are small, circular DNA molecules in bacteria that act as mobile genetic information carriers.
They allow rapid horizontal gene transfer, spreading adaptive traits (e.g., antibiotic resistance) across populations.
In evolutionary terms, plasmids embody the idea that environmental pressures create information transfer systems outside normal inheritance... which is more or less the kind of cross-marker event I am tracking.
RQCM Connection (my hypothesis / Model)
Information Carrier Analogy
Plasma -->>> plasmid both act as distributed, adaptive, and non-linear information systems.
Plasma organizes and transfers energy/information at the macro/quantum-field level; plasmids do the same at the micro/genetic level.
Quantum–Biological Coupling
Cosmic plasma events (magnetic flux, solar storms, ionizing radiation) could trigger mutation pressure in DNA.
If plasmids carry genetic change across bacterial populations, they might be the biological mediators of environmental plasma influences, a bridge from cosmic field → mutation → genomic adaptation.
RQCM Framing
Plasma disturbances = external quantum markers.
Plasmid transfers = internal genetic markers.
When both align in time (magnetic event, solar plasma event + documented bursts of horizontal gene transfer or SNP clustering), that could be coded as a Rare Quantum Cross Marker (plasma plasmid convergence).
In short:
In the RQCM context, plasmas and plasmids can be treated as parallel information carriers: one at the cosmic/field level, the other at the cellular/genetic level. Together, they model how environmental quantum phenomena leave imprints not just in single SNPs but in transferable DNA units that shape whole populations.
Biophotons as Carriers
Definition: Ultra-weak photons emitted by living systems during metabolic/oxidative processes.
Properties:
Coherent (laser-like) at times, not just random noise.
Linked to DNA, microtubules, mitochondria as emission sources.
Sensitive to electromagnetic fields, stress, and resonance frequencies.
Because of this, many researchers treat biophotons as information carriers inside biology, they transmit regulatory signals, synchronize cells, and possibly even act as a medium of quantum coherence.
Plasma ---> Plasmid ---> Biophoton Link (in RQCM terms)
Cosmic plasma events
Solar/geomagnetic plasma storms alter electromagnetic field conditions on Earth.
This shifts the biophoton emission/absorption landscape in living tissues.
Biophotons as mediators
They form the messenger layer between external plasma fields and internal genetic substrates.
They can influence DNA activity (charge transfer, tautomeric shifts, methylation) without direct sequence change — exactly the kind of "SNP-like", non-sequence imprints we discussed today for which I have tied to RQCMs. (Rare Quantum Cross Markers)
Plasmids as genetic carriers
Under stress (UV, radiation, field fluctuations), plasmids increase horizontal transfer, spreading adaptive signatures.
Biophotons could serve as the quantum information channel linking the plasma disturbance to plasmid activation/transfer, embedding the event into population-level DNA. Who Know's, maybe it has also happened to other lineages that were also exposed to magnetic field fluctuations, but I have yet to find any besides the two cases I know.
RQCM Interpretation
Plasma = macro-level information storm
Biophoton = quantum “wireless carrier” that translates field disturbances into bio-signals
Plasmid = genetic USB stick that stores/transfers the encoded adaptation
RQCM = the rare convergence where all three line up and leave a heritable signature detectable in Y-DNA (SNP clusters).
In my model, biophotons are the carrier that bridge external plasma fields and internal genetic plasmid/DNA mechanisms. They’re the missing link that allows environmental quantum events to be transduced into measurable genetic imprints.
